Caribbean Marriages

In March 2010, Anita and I spent almost three weeks in a Caribbean nation. We participated in 3 marriage enrichment seminars for 70 pastors and their spouses. It was a serious time and a great time.

Each person had to share in front of the group something romantic about their spouse. Probably half of the couples sang to each other. A number of others, one person of the couple sang to the other. Anita and I did a lip sync to a romantic song!

In the first three months of this year, this ministry in the Caribbean has had over 9,000 decisions for Christ. It takes many new leaders for this many new believers and for existing pastors, there is much work in helping the new believers grow in their new lives. The request from the national church leaders was to have events that will strengthen the leaders, such as marriage seminars.
